The following terms and condition apply to all bookings.

Low Season is November to February inclusive.
Shoulder Season is March to May inclusive and October.
High Season is June to September inclusive.

Major holidays that fall during the shoulder season will be charged at the High Season rate.
Rates are as advertised on this website.
Rates are displayed in Canadian Dollars.
The rate displayed is for an occupancy of four people (adults and children over the age of 10 years)
Children under the age of 10 years are welcome to stay for free.
Any additional adults or children over 10 years old will be charged as advertised on this website.

Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights during the Low and Shoulder Seasons.
Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights during the High Season.

Special rates are available for seniors during the low season. This rate should be negotiated at time of booking.

A cleaning service charge will be applied to all bookings. The rate is as per this website.
An additional cleaning charge may be added for stays of more than 7 days.

The weekly special rate applies to bookings of 7 or more days where 7 days will be charged as 6 days.

The house will be available for occupancy from 5pm on day of arrival and will be vacated before 11am on day of departure.

Children are welcome to stay at Williwaw Corner but must be supervised at all times.

There is no smoking permitted within the house, the hot tub or the deck area.

No pets may be brought to Williwaw Corner.

Completion of the online booking form constitutes an enquiry only. It is not a confirmed booking until you have been contacted by the booking agents and a deposit has been recieved.
