The following terms and condition apply to all
bookings.
Williwaw Vacations Inc. requires a minimum damage deposit of $500.00 CAD. We begin a pre authorized payment for deposit but when you leave & there is no damage, we do not process the transaction.
All of our guest are required to sign a Guest Agreement. You may download the agreement, complete it & mail (6214, Llanilar Road, Sooke, B.C V9Z 1A9 Canada) it back to us or you may choose to fill out the Guest Agreement when you arrive.

The Guest Agreement is available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer you can download a copy free of charge from Adobe website.
A standard cleaning fee $125.00 CAD will be applied to all bookings, this price may vary for some bookings.
An additional cleaning charge may be added for stays of more than
7 days.
Low Season is October to April inclusive.
High Season is May to September inclusive.
Major holidays that fall during the low season will be charged
at the High Season rate.

The rate displayed is for an occupancy of four people (adults and
children over the age of 10 years)
Children under the age of 10 years are welcome to stay for free.
Any additional adults or children over 10 years old will be charged
as advertised on this website.
Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights during the Low
Seasons.
Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights during the High Season.
Special rates are available for seniors during the low season. This
rate should be negotiated at time of booking.
Longer Rentals. We do offer longer rentals in the off season ( Oct - April) & can negotiate a reasonable rent. The house is fully furnished & utilities connected.
The house will be available for occupancy from 5pm on day of arrival
and will be vacated before 11am on day of departure.
Children are welcome to stay at Williwaw Corner but must be supervised
at all times.
There is no smoking permitted within the house, the hot tub or the
deck area.
No pets may be brought to Williwaw Corner.
Payment can be accepted using Visa, Mastercard or cheque.
50% of total payment is due at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel prior to 45 days from the arrival date your deposit will be returned, less a 7% handling fee. The minimum cancellation fee is $50.
Should you cancel less than 45 days from the arrival date, you may forfeit your deposit and unless we are able to find new renters to cover the cancelled period. There are no refunds for early departure.
Completion of the online booking form constitutes an enquiry only.
It is not a confirmed booking until you have been contacted by Williwaw Vacations Inc and a deposit has been recieved.
